About Us
Dr. Geoff Sorge, C. Psych.
Dr. Geoff Sorge received his M.A. and Ph.D. from the Clinical-Developmental Psychology program at York University. He is a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Over his many years of training and practice, he has provided clinical and forensic psychology services to young people at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, the Syl Apps Youth Centre, the York University Psychology Clinic, and in a private practice setting. Dr. Sorge has also been the Mental Health Lead at the York Catholic District School Board. Dr. Sorge is currently the first psychologist in the history of Upper Canada College, where he enjoys supporting the wellbeing and academic success of students.
Dr. Karina Royer-Gagnier, C. Psych.
Dr. Royer-Gagnier was born in Québec and she is fluently bilingual. She conducts assessments and therapy in French and in English. Dr. Royer-Gagnier received her M.A. and her Ph.D. from the Clinical-Developmental Psychology program at York University. She is a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario registered to work with children, adolescents, and families. Prior to doing private practice full-time, she has enjoyed training and work experiences at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, the York University Psychology Clinic, the SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health (formerly known as the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre), and EveryMind (formerly Peel Children's Centre). Dr. Royer-Gagnier has been an appointment member of the Jurisprudence and Ethics Exam Committee of the College of Psychologists of Ontario since 2023.
